Are there rewards?

Yes, but the rewards in Kvasi are designed to support learning rather than distract from it.

As children progress, they may unlock new stories, quests, areas to explore, and opportunities for discovery within the learning world. These rewards are intended to make progress visible and meaningful while encouraging continued curiosity and exploration.

We deliberately avoid rewards that are unrelated to learning or designed primarily to keep children returning for the sake of collecting points, prizes, or streaks. Instead, progression is connected to what children are learning and achieving within the world itself.

Our goal is for rewards to reinforce a sense of growth and accomplishment. Rather than asking, "What prize did I get?", we want children to think, "What did I discover?", "What did I learn?", or "What can I explore next?"
