How does adaptive learning work?

Every child learns differently. Children of the same age can have different strengths, interests, levels of confidence, and prior knowledge. Adaptive learning helps ensure that the learning experience is not identical for every child, but instead responds to their individual progress over time.

As children use Kvasi, the platform can identify areas where they are performing confidently and areas where they may benefit from additional support or practice. This information can then be used to adjust future activities, pacing, difficulty, and progression.

For example, if a child consistently demonstrates understanding of a particular skill, they may encounter more challenging activities sooner. If a child is struggling with a concept, additional practice, guidance, or review activities may be introduced before moving on.

The goal of adaptive learning is not simply to make activities easier or harder. It is to help children spend less time on skills they have already mastered and more time on areas where further development would be beneficial.

By providing an appropriate level of challenge and support, adaptive learning can help children make steady progress, build confidence, and develop a stronger understanding of what they are learning.
